Site # 1 = $400/week 

Site # 2 = $1000/week 

Site # 3 = $1000/week

for use of the furnished properties.

 

Off season nightly rental applies to some of the sites with a minimum of 2 nights

 

Deposit of 1/2 of weekly fee is due in cash, certified cheque or money order to secure your booking

at the time of booking.

The balance of the rental fee:

is due upon arrival for your vacation in cash, certified cheque or money order .

 

If you cancel your vacation with us:

the deposit is non-refundable, but is transferable to another available week.

 

We provide linens and towels (Bring your extra beach towels & beach chairs)

+ we provide kitchen pots, pans, dishes etc.

 

Vacation Arrival time is

Site # 1: Saturday after 1 pm. & Farewell is Saturday before 11 am

Site # 2: Friday after 5 pm & Farewell is Friday before 1 pm.

Site # 3: Friday after 5 pm & Farewell is Friday before 1 pm.

 

We may require a potentially refundable security deposit in lieu of any damages,

loss or excessive cleaning that may result from your stay.

 

We will do a walk through of the property with you as you are leaving, assess any potential

deductions and give you your refund upon leaving.

 

In consideration to other weekly rentals who may have allergies: No Smoking indoors.
